Lily Chang has served as a member of JOANN’s board since May 2018. From 2004 to 2023 Ms. Chang was with LGP, serving as Chief Portfolio Services Officer. In this role, she led LGP’s collaborative efforts with portfolio company management teams. From 2003 to 2004, she worked at Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation in strategy and planning roles. Prior to Nissan, Ms. Chang was a partner with eCompanies Venture Group, a venture capital firm. In addition, Ms. Chang has held finance and management positions with The Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble. We believe Ms. Chang is qualified to serve as a director due to her particular knowledge and experience in accounting and finance, supply chains, strategic planning, and leadership of complex organizations and retail businesses. Ms. Chang also holds the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight.
