Ann Aber joined the Company in April 2019 and was appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel & Secretary in March 2021. Her responsibilities include legal, corporate governance and classification and compliance. Prior to joining the Company, Aber served as Vice President & General Counsel at More Than Gourmet, a specialty food manufacturer. Prior to that, Ms. Aber acted as Counsel at Eaton Corporation and was an Associate in the Private Equity practice at Jones Day. Ms. Aber currently serves on the board of directors of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and the Board of Visitors for Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, as well as the National Advisory Council for On Our Sleeves, The Movement for Children's Mental Health. She also was elected to the Board of Directors for The Retail Litigation Center, the legal arm of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) in 2023.
